In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on revenue performance while providing insights that drive strategic decisions for our internal and external clients, including our executive leadership team. Your work will directly impact the financial health of our organization and support the growth trajectory of our business. You are approachable, accountable, and relationship oriented as you contribute to the success and growth of Pitney Bowes Presort Services. **You will:** + Conduct comprehensive analysis of revenue trends, identifying key drivers and potential areas for improvement + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Client Services and Billing to develop and refine our revenue recognition processes + Utilize and create financial modeling and client centric trending to better understand the business and provide strategic insights for growth and sustainability + Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to measure and evaluate revenue performance + Work in conjunction with our Finance Managers, Billing, and Corporate Controller Group to identify discrepancies in revenue data and resolve issues and prevent them from future occurrence. + Work with our Business Intelligence teams to develop and maintain dashboards related to revenue + Work with our Audit team on SOX related revenue items for business compliance + Assist with Monthly Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting + Implement best practices in revenue management and reporting processes to optimize efficiencies. + Additional duties as required **Your background:** As a Revenue Analyst, **you have:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, or related field. + Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis with strong excel skills + Experience with financial reporting tools + Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to covey complex financial concepts + Proactive problem solver with a strong ability to work independently or collaboratively + Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, walk stand or sit for extended periods of time with or without accommodation + Ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice **Our Team:** Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS®. For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates. By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings. **Compensation:** The wage range for this position is $78,000 - $90,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements. **Location:** This role is remote for candidates outside a 30-mile radius of any of our Pitney Bowes locations. Candidates within 30 miles of our Pitney Bowes locations will be required to work hybrid (4 days in office per week).
