About the Job:
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring sales and cash are accurately recorded on financial statements for U.S. equity restaurants across all brands. This role analyzes revenue data, performs reconciliations, and researches discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams such as Control, Loss Prevention, Treasury, Audit, and Field Operations. The position also supports audits, system enhancements, and process improvements to strengthen revenue reporting.
Salary Range:
$58,700 - $60,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze EBT, journal entries, and period reporting; submit to supervisor for review and distribute results to stakeholders. Perform and resolve issues related to the semi-annual change fund audit for all equity brands. Research and approve cash reconciliations; provide cash balances to Treasury. Verify and approve sales distribution and load activity in ReconNET on a weekly basis. Prepare, log, and upload journal entries for assigned business units each period. Monitor and perform daily matching of cash, credit card, and gift card activity. Research and resolve discrepancies, including store outreach, over/short reports, bank research, and refund requests. Complete period-end reconciliations (e.g., credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts). Provide ad hoc support as backup for the Revenue Supervisor and team (e.g., missing sales, sales suspense accounts, gift card journal entries, overhead allocations, and brand-level matching activities). Support external/internal audit requests, SOX peer reviews, and related compliance activities. Participate in special projects and identify process improvement opportunities in partnership with the Supervisor and IT, including robotics initiatives.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to accuracy and detailPreferred Qualifications:
