**This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY.**
**Purpose of the role:**
Paramount has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue team in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in revenue management, offering exposure to a range of key activities including yield management, revenue planning, contract management, inventory monitoring, report generation, and data analysis.
As a Revenue Analyst, you'll play an integral part in supporting data-driven decision-making that helps maximise our revenue potential. This role will provide you with the chance to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Functions will also include:**
+ Work closely with our national Sales team to manage contracts, provide discount recommendations, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
+ Prepare reports, offering insights and recommendations based on trends and performance data.
+ Assist in revenue forecasting and modeling to ensure accurate predictions and strategic decisions.
+ Analyse market trends, data patterns, and customer behavior to identify areas for growth and improvement.
+ Contribute to managing inventory effectively, helping to maximize revenue across various channels.
+ Build strong relationships across teams and departments to support overall business goals and streamline processes.
**This is what were looking for:**
+ Comfortable working with Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and manage revenue models.
+ A passion for understanding inventory management processes and identifying opportunities to make informed decisions.
+ A keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy in reporting and analysis.
+ Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines while providing solutions to challenges.
+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others and contribute to team success.
+ Strong communication skills to quickly build relationships and share insights across departments.
**Extra points for the following:**
+ Experience or interest in broadcast media operations or sales environments would be highly valued but not required!
