Performing all Revenue Assurance collections and accounts receivable management functions on associated CSB accounts.

Monitoring accounts for delinquencies and applying the appropriate treatment actions. Utilizing SMS, email, letters, direct calls, etc. to send reminders to customers regarding their delinquent balances.Review account aging reports and send those reports to the appropriate CSB team members.Work directly with CSB Provisioning, Billing, and Account Support teams on customer disputes.Create a monthly collection’s treatment schedule for the CSB LOB.Pull A/R aging reports delinquent accounts and proactively contact customer according to the collection’s treatment schedule.Send notification to the CSB account management teams prior to an account’s suspension of services. Qualifications

REQUIRED

High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Must have excellent written, oral communications skills, interpersonal skills, good reading, and basic math abilities.

Strong computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must be able to work independently and make customer impacting decisions.

PREFERRED

Some college or business training preferred.

One-year equivalent work experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen.
