REQ12363 Revenue Auditor, Revenue Audit (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Revenue Auditor, Finance Operational Accounting assists the Manager, Operational Accounting in daily audits of gaming activity, preparation of daily journal entries and preparation of management and regulatory reports.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assists the Manager, Financial Operational Accounting in the daily collection of gaming audit documents and gaming reports and perform audits gaming activity in accordance with gaming audit standard operating procedures for one or more of the following areas as assigned by the Audit Supervisor:Table gamesSlotsMain bankFill BankIntercompany casino transactionsAnti-money laundering and junket complianceOther areas as required.Assists in the preparation of exception reports for violations of gaming or cage procedure as necessary for review by Revenue Audit Supervisor.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation of gaming ledger accounts to corresponding source systems.Prepare the daily accounting entries to record gaming revenues and related expenses along with balance sheet entries.Assists in preparation of daily reports regarding revenue, tax, rolling and other items as assigned.Assists in strategic reviews of compliance for the aboveAdheres to, and supports the Company’s Vision & ValuesDisplays a high commitment to excellence and continual improvement.Works as a team memberAchieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results.All other task/duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Appropriate tertiary qualifications bachelor’s degree preferably major in accounting.

Experience

Work experience as an Auditor, Income Auditor, Accountant is an advantage.
