Researches with high level of detail to ensure timely account resolution + Gathers and submits information for timely resolution of issues. + Gains knowledge across the spectrum of multiple payer’s, both assigned and unassigned, along with all applicable state and federal regulations. + Consistently meets and exceeds established productivity and quality standards. + Functions as a Resource to teammates, while supporting training of new employees.
