Fraser is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Client Accounts / Insurance Collections who is responsible for managing phone calls and follow up activities on patient accounts, and payment processing and follow up activities on patient accounts. 

Requirements:

BA/BS/AAS in related field such as medical coding/billing, accounting or health information preferred. 2-3 years of healthcare collections/customer service or medical claims experience preferred. Responsibilities

Identifies, monitors and recommends resolutions to potential issues arising from accounts receivables. Reviews and accurately reconciles patient accounts through the following activities: Processing refunds, billing corrections, and monitoring and responding to billing denials in a timely manner. Pursues payments from third party carriers and patients. Collaborate with third party carriers, families, and other members of revenue cycle team to timely and accurately process claims. Verify insurance coverage and other related data with third party carriers. Sets up financial agreements with patients/families. Contacts patients\families to obtain accurate insurance information and notifies revenue cycle team members as necessary. Collaboratively analyzes client accounts and aged receivables. Follows the process for calling clients with existing balances monthly.

Location and Schedule:

Bloomington, Minnesota / mostly remote  Must reside in Minnesota  Monday through Friday, during standard business hours
