You Are:

UST is searching for a Revenue Cycle Provisioning Analyst who will work on creation, modification, and termination of access for various applications across the enterprise, such as MedHost, Meditech, Paragon, Sunrise revenue cycle applications, payer websites, 3M, external claims systems, and reporting systems.

 

The opportunity:

·       Responsible for following Information Security policies while managing access to applications.

·       Manages and/or assists with assigned small to medium projects that may involve multiple facilities.

·       Key tasks or functions for this position include:

·       Creating application accounts and granting appropriate access and termination to various applications in accordance with Information Security policies.

·       Leading status calls each week with key markets and vendors to proactively meet SLA's.

·       Coordinating with HSC, vendor(s), and local markets on access needs for systems as needed.

·       Leading solutions-driven outcomes with revenue cycle end users and various departments when needed.

·       Acting as an escalation resource for all requests falling outside of SLA or standards of service from all areas of the organization.

·       Monitoring ITSM queue to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.

·       Independently resolving most problems/questions that arise and consulting with senior team members, application teams, or technical staff as necessary.

·       Designing and creating metrics-based reports from Service Now or other tools.

·       Creating and maintaining clear, concise, complete documentation.

·       Working with customers to develop new workflows that leverage application capabilities.

·       Cerner user provisioning will be a primary task.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, especially in a cross-functional environment.

·       Knowledge and understanding of the customer's business requirements.

·       Working knowledge of Change Management processes and concepts.
