Responsibilities Reconcile accounts receivable balances between billing systems and the general ledger.Liaise between revenue cycle and financial departments to correct journal entries.Ensure accurate posting of payments in billing and financial systems.Perform month-end close processes and provide revenue data for financial statements.Uphold our culture of customer service excellence.Maintain confidentiality of all organizational information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent education and experienceAdvanced knowledge of billing and payment proceduresExperience with electronic billing databasesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational, communication, and keyboarding skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksFamiliarity with accounting terminology preferredAttention to detail and discretion with confidential information
