The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Enablement Learning Experience Specialist with an enablement background to join our team, specializing in the planning and execution of experiential learning and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences that engage and delight our revenue teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage event planning and execution.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you could be part of dynamic Revenue Enablement team, with a global remit. This collaborative team is known for its strong emphasis on teamwork, creativity, and innovation. We design and deliver engaging experiences for our revenue producing teams. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Enablement Strategy in a hybrid work environment in San Jose, California. Travel requirements at Nutanix for this role are up to 20% - providing the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, attend events, and bring our innovative experiences to life across different locations.
Your Role
+ Quarterly Global Enablement: Maintain calendar, including development deadlines and rehearsals with speakers.
+ Content Engagement: Contribute to innovative ideas and concepts to create engaging events with events team and learning experiences with operations team.
+ Program & Budget Management: Track detailed timelines, submit contracts to procurement, and monitor expenses in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
+ Event Execution:
+ Coordinate onsite logistics at New Hire events including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, evening events, transportation, and accommodations.
+ Calendar: Manage invitations for in-person New Hire events and VIP, including unique agenda details and instructions
+ Slack: Maintain event-specific Slack channel for each New Hire program.
+ Inventory: Manage event shipment of collateral, swag, etc.
+ Microsite management
+ Performance Analysis: Track and analyze event success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement events for greater engagement and impact.
What You Will Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in enablement _and_ event management in B2B sales technology.
+ 3+ years of experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.) and enablement LMS/SRP and CMS/SAM tools (Highspot, Seismic, etc.).
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
+ Coordinating with outside vendors for labor, shipping, printing, booth graphic production, promotional items, etc.
+ Assist in evaluating event performance by collecting appropriate data to develop post-event evaluations, measurement, and reports.
+ Meticulous expense tracking and monthly financial reconciliation for events assigned.
+ Must be a high-energy, agile, motivated self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in Google docs
+ Must have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 107,040 and USD $160,560 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
