General Summary: The Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for creating, facilitating, and enhancing comprehensive training programs for sales teams. This role focuses on onboarding, skill development, and revenue-driving initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring instructional design expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for driving sales performance through tailored enablement solutions. Essential Job Functions: Sales Onboarding and Enablement: * Design, develop, and facilitate engaging onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure they achieve productivity goals. * Deliver ongoing training on sales processes, product knowledge, tools, and methodologies. * Track onboarding effectiveness by monitoring performance and providing analysis to stakeholders Instructional Design: * Create innovative training materials, including eLearning modules, scripts, role plays, case studies, and facilitator/participant guides. * Leverage instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure content aligns with business goals and performance metrics. * Apply instructional technologies such as Articulate, Camtasia, and LMS platforms to develop scalable learning solutions. Coaching and Performance Analysis: * Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to reinforce skills, behaviors, and performance improvement. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps and areas for growth within the sales team. * Partner with sales leadership to provide actionable insights and continuous learning opportunities. Collaboration and Content Development: * Partner with SMEs, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning programs. * Maintain training resources to ensure alignment with company strategy, tools, and processes. * Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organization. Technology and Tools: * Serve as a point of contact for LMS administration, reporting, and content updates. * Develop and deliver training leveraging technology tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel) to improve sales efficiency. *Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: * Instructional design expertise * Strong sales enablement knowledge * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Leadership and coaching mindset * Collaborative and results-driven approach * Decision making, professionalism, and interpersonal skills * Ability to professionally communicate with individuals at all levels inside/outside the organization * Strong phone and written communication skills * Self-initiative and pro-active demeanor * Ability to work effectively and contribute within a team environment Education, Experience, and Certification: * Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, sales, or related field preferred* * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or revenue operations* * Sales experience or coaching sales teams preferred * Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, SnagIt) * Experience with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred) * Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements * Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills to interact at all organizational levels * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
