Position details:

The Revenue Enablement Strategist plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and marketing alignment by developing strategies, resources, and training programs that empower revenue teams to achieve their goals. This role partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure consistent messaging, optimized sales processes, and impactful go-to-market initiatives. They are responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing enablement content, and implementing tools to improve productivity and pipeline growth. Success in this position requires a collaborative mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies that align sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth. Manage role-based onboarding programs for new sellers within our LMS and identify ways to optimize the programs with the goal of shortening ramp time. Facilitate ongoing training and learning programs such as workshops, certifications, and peer coaching sessions. Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gap and recommend targeted training and coaching solutions. Create, deliver, and optimize sales enablement content such as playbooks, objection handling guides, process guides, talking points, onboarding and training materials. Manage sales content repository via Highspot and report on usage, content performance, and business impact; partner with marketing to ensure content is available across buyers' journey and optimize based on data. Develop programs aimed to increase adoption and usage of sales technologies/tools and ensure best practices are known and followed. Regularly meet with sellers to understand major pain points and process bottlenecks; partner with SalesOps to identify ways to streamline sales processes and improve productivity. Develop targeted outbound sales email templates and messaging that can be used to combat frequent sales objections and automate repetitive tasks
Partner with marketing to arm sellers with engaging, relevant, and targeted marketing materials and messaging to support their outreach efforts and on-site visits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years sales, business development, or training/learning development experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language. Positive attitude and willingness to be a part of a growing team. Strong organization, research, and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities. Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence. Experience in internal enablement content creation. Strong written communication skills.


Preferred: 

Experience administering and/or using Revenue.IO or similar sales engagement technologies Experience administering Highspot or a similar competitive intelligence tool Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM
