Position details:
The Revenue Enablement Strategist plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and marketing alignment by developing strategies, resources, and training programs that empower revenue teams to achieve their goals. This role partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure consistent messaging, optimized sales processes, and impactful go-to-market initiatives. They are responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing enablement content, and implementing tools to improve productivity and pipeline growth. Success in this position requires a collaborative mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing to arm sellers with engaging, relevant, and targeted marketing materials and messaging to support their outreach efforts and on-site visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years sales, business development, or training/learning development experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in non-technical language. Positive attitude and willingness to be a part of a growing team. Strong organization, research, and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities. Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence. Experience in internal enablement content creation. Strong written communication skills.
