Make It With Pride.** Purpose of this role is to ensure best-in-class analysis, business advisory and management of RGM initiatives to optimize the profitability our sales activities. **How you will contribute** + Ensure proper tools and methodology to define pricing and promotional strategy + Manage pricing guidelines set-up and revisions in cooperation with Sales Teams + Manage internal promotional planning system to enable Sales Teams to prepare commercial plans + Monitor schedule and revenue realization of price increases + Work with Sales Teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs + Drive portfolio mix management to optimize profitability of categories + Work on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insights + Support annual planning process **What you will bring** + Commercial and financial acumen proven with 4+ years of experience + Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach + Synthesizing multiple data points and sources into a holistic position + Strong organization skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritize + Proactive problem solving attitude + Excellence in MS Excell (incl.
