Purpose of this role is to ensure best-in-class analysis, business advisory and management of RGM initiatives to optimize the profitability our sales activities.

How you will contribute

Ensure proper tools and methodology to define pricing and promotional strategyManage pricing guidelines set-up and revisions in cooperation with Sales TeamsManage internal promotional planning system to enable Sales Teams to prepare commercial plansMonitor schedule and revenue realization of price increasesWork with Sales Teams to track progress towards revenue KPIsDrive portfolio mix management to optimize profitability of categoriesWork on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insightsSupport annual planning process

What you will bring

Commercial and financial acumen proven with 4+ years of experienceReducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approachSynthesizing multiple data points and sources into a holistic positionStrong organization skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritizeProactive problem solving attitudeExcellence in MS Excell (incl. VBA) and PowerpointKnowledge of Tableau, Power BI and market data reporting would be an asset (Nielsen Discover, CMR, Focus)Working in a FMCG with customer and category knowledge would be an additional advantageFluent in Polish & English
