Job Description Summary:
The Revenue Growth Management Intern will work as a team member of the North America Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization, assisting various brands and teams in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to enhance revenue growth. This role will involve supporting business objectives of different teams, optimizing finance performance review, tracking routines, managing business performance, and planning key RGM processes. Projects assigned will include dimensional pricing analytics; developing automated submission/approval tools; creating a communication portal and crafting communication plans; data harmonization; and data visualization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced consumer goods industry, working with a global leader in the beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on Sparkling and Still Brands pricing and packages.
Develop automated tools for different processes and analytical tools using PowerBI.
Create an RGM communications portal and plan.
Handle data harmonization across multiple reporting tools/systems.
Provide data visualization for executive-level review.
Identify high Return on Investments events funded via Go To Market / Deductions from Revenue.
Analyze data to provide future analytics on products, pricing, and package.
Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill actionable inputs from Data.
Provide forward thinking insights from industry/economics analysis/trend identification.
Educational Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a Statistical area with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
Related Experience:
Background in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Systems
Understanding of the CPG industry preferred.
Previous internship or project experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement is preferred.
Functional Skills:
Strong collaboration, technical, analytical, and data visualization skills with the ability to conduct deep-dive analysis
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau; python and statistical modeling
Proficient in Adobe Analytics
Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
Proficient in SharePoint management
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborate with RGM teams to analyze market trends, sales performance, and pricing strategies.
Assist in the development of forecasting models and reports that drive revenue growth strategies.
Support the team in preparing presentations and data-driven insights for leadership.
Participate in cross-functional projects with teams such as sales, marketing, and finance.
Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
