St Jude is seeking a results-driven Revenue Integrity Officer to ensure compliance, optimize revenue and safeguard financial integrity by reviewing, analyzing and auditing revenue processes to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. The Revenue Integrity Officer leads and manages multiple critical areas in Compliance, overseeing innovative technology and process enhancements while ensuring adherence to standards and risk mitigation. Provides executive oversight for strategic partnerships, engages with stakeholders to drive institutional outcomes, and establishes robust governance systems. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple large/critical complex areas/teams across Compliance. Drive exploration, assessment, proposal, and implementation of innovative & differentiating capabilities across technology/process to support overall Compliance strategy and roadmap. Manage scope, schedule, and resources to ensure work is delivered in accordance with business needs and established compliance standards while eliminating risks. Provide executive oversight for strategic partner relationship management. Engage in strategic communication with internal stakeholders (board, executive leadership, cross-functional leadership etc.) and external stakeholder networks to optimally influence institutional outcomes. Establish systems for governance, monitoring, review, and control of processes and functions performed by the department. Manage pipeline of talent within Compliance as an institutional pool, investing in future skills and challenging high potential members with different assignments Direct, manage financial planning/ budget forecasting for departmental initiatives within Compliance; monitor the budget against actuals. Look at the pipeline of talent within team as an organizational pool - investing in future skills, spending time on development through feedback and coaching, and challenging high-potential members with different assignments. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field Required. Master's Degree Preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum Requirement: 12+ years of experience in compliance across functional areas including significant management experience with focus on both achievement of objectives as well as critical skill-building. Demonstrated experience in compliance functional strategy development, operational mgmt., stakeholder mgmt., and budget mgmt. Significant experience building and executing multi-year compliance strategies; and leading transformational initiatives in complex, dynamic environments. Prior experience in building external connections with peers, emerging institutional compliance communities, and vendor networks. Prior experience in vendor contract negotiations and vendor management. Proven performance in earlier role/ comparable role. Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within two years of hire into the position preferred. . Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
