You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base. About the role This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class revenue intelligence function. As Revenue Intelligence & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market (GTM) organization, ensuring revenue teams have the insights they need to accelerate growth. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to standardize key revenue metrics, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and uncover strategic opportunities that fuel revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities: Standardize revenue metrics and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a single source of truth for GTM performance. Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for executive leadership, providing real-time visibility into revenue performance, conversion trends, and pipeline health. Analyze sales cycles, conversion rates, lead/opportunity trends, and customer expansion data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance sales execution and GTM strategy. Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to identify key revenue growth levers, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-backed recommendations. Collaborate with GTM leaders to define data-driven forecasting models, territory planning strategies, and segmentation approaches. Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture and reporting automation to ensure insights are scalable, accurate, and timely. Partner with Sales Enablement to equip frontline teams with performance insights that drive better decision-making and execution. About You 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or a related analytical field. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report building, and dashboard automation), Tableau expereince a plus. 5+ years experience in SQL Development. Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. Experience working with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and revenue analytics platforms to integrate and extract insights. Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn, expansion, etc.) and how to measure them effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-first mindset and a bias toward action. Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, influencing business decisions with clear, data-driven narratives. Experience in forecasting models, segmentation analysis, and revenue planning is a plus. What’s in it for you?
