The position: The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of revenue management systems at assigned properties. 

 

Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMS.Create revenue management program pricing and implementation proposals.Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties.Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and Supervisors.Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parameters.Evaluate properties’ rental revenue performance against financial objections and report on variances.Monitor adoption and compliance.Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including “shopping” the competition.Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed.Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustments.Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings.Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and tools.Strong planning and organizational skills.Required Travel <25% Qualifications

Education & Experience:

LRO / Yield Star experienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.  Company Information
