You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

Análisis y revisión de la performance de las marcas en el mercado para identificar los ajustes necesarios en las palancas comercialesGestion de la arquitectura de precios de todo el portfolio y presupuesto promocional para ejecutar las estrategias de marcaRevisión de la estructura de márgenes y acuerdos comerciales de cada cliente para su alineación con la rentabilidad de la compañíaVelar por la politica comercial entre canales y gestionar su corrección en forma preventivaSoporte al proceso de demanda para construir el perfil de volumen esperado alineado con la estrategia de precio y promocionesDesarrollo de herramientas tecnológicas/digitales para expandir granularidad y simplificar procesosTrabajar en el proceso de change management para la incorporación de las nuevas herramientas analíticas a los procesos de planning de la BU

Job specific requirements:

Gradudado/a de Ingenieria industrial, Administración de empresas, Economía, Actuario o carrera afin.Conocimiento de Excel avanzado excluyente.Dominio del idioma inglés intermedioConocimiento de Power BI deseableExperiencia en áreas de pricing, revenue, planeamiento de objetivos de venta o de producción, u areas afines.

Work schedule:

Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9:00hs a 18:hs
