Revenue Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open inQ2 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital – and it will represent a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Andaz Lisbon is set to become the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon.Located in the center of Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district and situated along the main pedestrian road, Rua Augusta, the hotel will be comprised of five separate buildings, including the former offices of one of the major banks in Portugal, Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). This central building of the hotel will offer 170 guestrooms, with the surrounding four satellite buildings of the hotel offering guests various private suites to choose from. This unique Urban Resort in the city center will allow guests to fully embrace the locale and experience authentic Lisbon.

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.

The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations. The Revenue Manager is also responsible for royalty accounting and invoicing.

Main Duties include:

Oversee the hotel’s revenue management with a focus on maximizing overall revenue, through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies, inventory management, and optimisation techniquesDefine and implement the revenue strategy and implement pricing recommendations across all channels and market segmentsManage and maintain Hyatt revenue management systemsActively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plansRegularly review and critically assess distribution channel strategies
