Revenue Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Senior Revenue Manager and based in San Jose, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

Own the RSP process which includes setting up contracts based on the Revenue Checklist in a spreadsheet and ensure that the revenue for each contract is recognized in accordance with ASC 606Perform detailed analysis and provide insight into monthly contract asset and customer deposits fluctuations.Engage with Cost team to ensure revenue and cost alignmentPerform and prepare annual SSP analyses and update related estimates at each reporting periodPartner with FP&A to provide insight into financial results, including assistance with forecasting revenuesWork with external and internal auditors to provide information required to complete the quarterly/annual audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliancePerform SEC and Management reporting and analysesContribute to process and system improvements in the revenue cycle, including ERP system enhancement and departmental projects

Skills and Experience: 

6+ years of revenue experienceAbility to work in dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperativeVery strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal abilitiesAbility to build relationships across all business functionsIntermediate level Excel skillsCPA is a plusExperience with financial systems, Oracle,  Revenue software is a plusPrior experience with combined hardware and software industry

Education:

BS in Accounting or Finance

Salary Ranges:$137,800.00 - $198,200.00
