**What to Expect:**
In this position you will be responsible for leading Nestlé Professional’s revenue forecasting, tracking and reporting while managing the distribution of customer analytics and financial reporting.
**A day in the life of a Revenue Manager**
+ Lead sales reviews to assess key business metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to meet business objectives.
+ Support customer target setting process for the integrated commercial planning (ICP), utilizing customer segmentation, sales monthly forecast and reporting and other relevant data
+ Support to the national distribution group by conducting monthly performance analysis for Tier 1 and Tier 2, as well as quarterly financial reviews by operating company.
+ Identify distribution opportunities aimed at driving revenue growth and optimizing cost-to-serve.
+ Develop and approve tactical initiatives to maximize the achievement of volume and profit plans, ensuring validation of operational plan adjustments with Category Finance.
+ Collaborate with category demand planning, customer demand planning, and account teams to support the forecasting process, ensuring adherence to exception processes and reliance on factual analysis and post-evaluation.
+ Work closely with the peer Revenue Manager to exchange best practices and insights, and liaise with Customer Service Development (CSD Team, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to promote initiatives across categories, channels, and customers.
**Role Requirements**
+ 5+ years of progressive sales or finance management experience leading revenue forecasting, and financial reporting in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and/or work with commercial teams
+ Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Proficiency in analytics, and customer reporting
+ Post secondary education in Business Administration, ideally with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Sales or similar discipline.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment, and collaborate with cross-function
+ Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential for presenting analytics and delivering presentations to various levels within the organization, including at Business Executive Officer level.
