Revenue Manager Fuerteventura - Based in Palma

Consider your next career step as ​​​Revenue Manager in our corporate office in Palma with the Revenue Team.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management, for a designated cluster of key hotels, to achieve the budgeted objectives for maximizing the revenues. This position will report directly to the Regional Revenue Manager.

Main responsibilities

- Responsible for maximizing revenues, market share and profit for his/her hotels in partnership with the Regional Revenue Manager and hotel-based teams.

- Responsible of manage the Daily Pick-up o Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments o Management of static rate offers (offline).

-Quotation and approval of the feasibility of group requests.

-Allotment management control (inventory management, guarantees, availability, etc.).

- Responsible to realize the Market Analysis

-Driving Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, market, and channel mix distribution

- Accomplish a regular report to Regional Revenue Manager.

Qualifications

Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Revenue management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
