As a Revenue Manager, RMCC Managed, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Managed team reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work on projects including the rollout of advanced Revenue Management solutions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nResponsible for all Revenue Management functions for assigned portfolio hotels including, but not limited to, daily pricing analysis and strategy changes, business evaluation, and trend analysis\nConduct weekly Commercial strategy meetings to review booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring alignment with key collaborators on revenue strategy and pricing\nForecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nYou will work with e-Commerce, Marketing, and Distribution teams within Hilton Commercial Services to drive hotel performance\nPartner with peer Revenue Managers to find solutions and share best practices\n\n

What projects you will take ownership of:

\n\nContribute to systems and process improvements\nOpportunity for Mentorship\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nTwo (2) years of work experience in Revenue Management\nExperience managing hotel rates and inventory\nExperience forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room revenue, on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis\nExperience analyzing, interpreting, and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action\nIn-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR\nTravel up to 10%\n\n

It would be useful if you have: 

\n\nFull-service revenue management experience\nSenior Revenue Specialist experience\nKnowledge of Hilton’s Revenue Management systems\nOn-property hotel or Hospitality experience\nBA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field\n\n
