The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is in search of a dynamic driven Revnue Manager to support hotels in maximizing revenues and profitability. In the Rover capacity, you'll work closely with the hotel revenue leaders, sales and marketing teams and general managers to implement effective pricing strategies, inventory management and distribution strategies. One of the main roles of this position is to act as an interim Revenue Manager in hotels where there is no Revenue Management coverage due to transitions or departures of Revenue Managers As a member of a team deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will have the opportunity to foster your curiosity and skill set while building meaningful relationships across the organization, including stakeholders, teammates, and guests.

The Role
Some listed functions are:
Develop and execute revenue management strategies for each hotel. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Identify new revenue opportunities by leveraging available reporting tools and analysis, proactively monitoring trends and changes in the market. Produce and distribute periodical and ad-hoc analysis to serve as a subject matter expert in Revenue Management for cross-departmental teams and spreading Revenue Culture Knowledge. Lead the weekly forcasting process and work in tandem with the DOS, DOF and GM to come to an agreement on the final forecast numbers. Oversees the Upsell Guru and work directly with the front office manager on the FO upsell program to make it more agile and dynamic. Assist on the strategies to achieve non-package revenue goals. Manager will attend owner and asset management meetings to support the hotel team and bring overall perspective of the state of the business. Ensure that weekly hotel Strategy meetings are executed in accordance with Hyatt Revenue Management standards by participating in these as needed.Participate on the budget process for the hotel that is supporting at such time. Works with the Regional Director to support the Overall Regional Strategies. Organizes and leads the training for the new Revenue Manager, responsible for spreading the company’s Revenue Management culture.The Opportunity
