We’re looking for a curious, driven analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization at Affirm. We follow a data-driven approach that combines elements of strategy, systems, process and analytics to align go-to-market motions across the organization.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will work closely with the revenue growth teams as a key partner to drive scale and execute on new strategies. You will do this through optimizing processes and developing the tools that make the teams as productive as possible. We seek candidates who are eager to help our revenue teams by proactively identifying opportunities to scale the business! The ideal candidate must be tactical in helping build out programs and automation as well as strategic in thinking through coverage models.
What You’ll Do
Analyze, advise and build efficient merchant lifecycle processes, with an emphasis on automation, to help teams acquire, retain, and grow our merchant base Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Sales & CS Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others Design, develop, and implement scalable reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization Collaborate with the business systems team to build, improve and implement new Salesforce features and 3rd party tools; define processes to ensure data integrity within our CRM Work with Revenue Enablement to train and support the growing revenue teams in addition to the growth of your own teamWhat We Look For
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required 2+ years of revenue/sales operations or equivalent experience Proficiency in Salesforce.com (experience as a SFDC administrator is a plus) Mastery of Excel / Google Sheet functions and a confirmed understanding of business intelligence tools (Looker), SQL, SOQL Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout projects. Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $100,000 - $140,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $88,000 - $128,000
