Overview
AvePoint’s Global Sales Operations team is seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist, Opportunity Review in our Manila office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring clean, compliant, and timely sales data across our CRM and sales systems. This role plays a key part in our Revenue Operations lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to support our global go-to-market efforts.
What will you be doing?
As Revenue Operations Specialist, Opportunity Review, you will help manage the end-to-end deal review process to support our sales team, streamline operations, and maintain data integrity across systems. You’ll work closely with global Sales Operations and cross-functional partners to execute critical business processes and improve overall sales efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
Review submitted opportunities and sales contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and completeness of required information Validate sales data in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and identify discrepancies or missing elements Liaise with sellers, legal, and finance teams to resolve issues or gather necessary documentation Approve license provisioning and opportunity closure once compliance is confirmed Support internal documentation and training related to opportunity review policies Partner with system administrators to suggest improvements to workflows and automation Participate in reporting and performance tracking of opportunity processing metrics Ensure SLAs are met and continuously seek ways to reduce review turnaround timesOK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Operations, or related field Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus Night Shift Requirement (first three months of training will be on day shift before permanent shift to night schedule)
