Revenue Operations Specialist – Sales Incentives

The Revenue Operations Specialist – Sales Incentives will support and enhance our performance and incentive plans, focusing on the analysis, management, and optimization of incentive programs. This position calls for a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving abilities to provide insights and optimize incentive structures. Prior experience with incentives is not required, but a keen analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

· Support the management and optimization of Infobip’s incentive plans, including quota carrier bonus calculations and payouts.

· Use Excel and company tools for advanced data analysis and visualization.

· Proactively analyze performance data to identify trends, provide key findings, and recommend actionable improvements.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine incentive programs.

· Document processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Contribute to customer-facing performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

· Provide training and support on incentive tools and reports to internal teams.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.

· Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

· Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and stakeholder management.

· A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Background that could be helpful:

Even though prior experience with incentives is not required, the following backgrounds can provide a strong foundation for development in this role:

· Customer Growth or Account Management: Understanding business models, tracking performance metrics, and working with revenue or quota-related data.

· Business & Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset, ability to work with data, and experience identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.

· Finance or Sales Operations: Proficiency in working with numbers, budgets, and performance-related calculations, paired with attention to detail.
