About the Role:
Your main mission will be: Provide a consistent, professional service in all aspects of internal and external communications; ensure revenue is maximized through the professional and efficient functions of the Revenue Department, follow the daily task list and carry out all additional duties as specified by the Director of Revenue Management.
Responsibilities
Maximizing revenue and yield through analysis of business trends, the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation in weekly and monthly meetings, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring the delivery and maintenance of optimum revenue management and pricing strategies on an ongoing basis.Revenue Management reporting and auditing and provide forward-looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas, areas of opportunity and balancing financial expectations.Accurately generate, process and update property and market Revenue Management reports for property, corporate office, and owners.To assist with inventory management and forecasting methods for both FIT and group business, to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimize displacement and maximize revenue and total hotel revenues.To monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of Hyatt systems, tools and procedures in areas of inventory management, revenue management, and business intelligence to maximize Hyatt’s competitive advantage in the market.Working alongside teams within the business and the management team to establish business needs.Defining new data collection and analysis processes, identifying patterns and trends in data sets and reporting results and recommendations back to the business to improve performance.Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices, identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices and system functionality and behavior.Assist in the deployment of transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.Assist the Director of Revenue Management in ensuring that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.Liaise with Account Managers and Directors on rate/inventory suitability of all potential group business.Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.What you will love about us

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry. Hold a degree in either Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management.
High level of English and Spanish.
Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
