Обязанности: Lead pricing analysis (including elasticity by brand/product, competitive positioning, and internal profitability status) to draw up detailed pricing actions for management approval. Conduct internal shelf price monitoring, develop framework and methodology, ensure data quality Develop Price-Pack-Architecture, track profitability/positioning by SKU (at the sales channel level, to overlay on Marketing strategy) and propose optimization actions where possible. Ensure end-to-end implementation of agreed price changes into systems and processes: ensure all prices have a back up value chain models approves by CIS authorization matrix; price list issuance based on approved Price Calculation document from Revenue/FP&A Manager. Monthly reconcile implemented prices into the system with confirmed price models across product portfolios in CIS countries. Provide communication in the case of significant price variance RSP analysis for PepsiCo and Competitors brands. Lead promo spend efficiency improvement process. Set up the process to review historical promotional activities to draw up dealing guidelines and recommend allocation of trade promotion budget by channel and category. Set up the regular trade promotions reporting formats. Actual performance tracked in consistent format, detailing volume, sales budget, execution metrics. Individual promotions tracking report development. Ensures all trade promo request are submitted inline with PepsiCo CIS Trade Promotion evaluation principles. Lead the process of effective track CDA spend versus Plan and develop escalation process. Provide sales with the instruments for pre- and post- promo evaluation and CDA models. Elaborate CDA guidance and principles CDA tracking report maintenance and monthly update. Lead Mix management, accrodoing to cpomapny mix targets, collaboratively with Marketing, DX, Sales Finance. Lead team of Revenue analysts. Monthly track of key Revenue and Margins metrics. Highlight mix issues/trends to GMs / Sales management, recommend remedial actions to overcome near-term issues that reduce NR and setting up executional standards. Maintain on the monthly basis the actual Revenue and Margins data for cause of change analysis by categories, brands and formats. Требования: Higher education, preferably in finance, audit or related field 5+ years of professional experience in finance / commercial finance / revenue management Fluent in English Strong business acumen and commercial understanding Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to review complex data, translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution. Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, ability to navigate and influence within diverse matrix structures High level of self-motivation, initiative and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
