Revenue Systems Supervisor

We’re looking for an amazing Supervisor, Revenue Systems to fill this role, which is based in our Miami, FL office. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial system project management, ensuring the effective utilization of resources. This role involves daily decision-making and independent approval authority on relevant aspects of project activities. The supervisor will face challenges managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and providing excellent internal and external customer service. The position requires collaboration with various departments, including IT, RAAS, Operations and customer service, and involves up to 30% travel, both internationally and domestically, to support and train operations staff who administer financial activities onboard the fleet. Responsibilities + Process Design, Administration and Improvement - Monitors that workflows / systems are providing correct and timely output, with focus on increased efficiencies and continual assessment of controls. + Makes timely recommendations for process improvement with focus on increased efficiencies. + Participates in workflow and system enhancement design, implementations and documentation, and ensures proper testing of related system revisions to prevent system and processing errors in accordance with departmental timelines. + Manages and participates in multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Maintains current desk-top procedures for assigned responsibilities monthly. + Maintains a positive attitude and ensures customer service as defined in Core Values. + Internal Controls - Performs/supports required testing of Onboard Systems and accurately provides related documentation and support to internal and external auditors according to established timelines. + Continually reviews processes for improvement to internal controls and increased test or other efficiencies + Operations Support - Drives communication and meetings with internal and external departments for timely issue identification, resolution and communication to management. + Encourages teamwork and synergies through open communications. Resolves issues and answers questions for external and internal customers and provides/oversees ad hoc reporting **Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree + Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred + PMP certification preferred + Project Management Experience + 2-5 years' experience in a Finance related function preferred + Proficient in Excel, Word + Excellent collaboration skills to lead projects **This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).** **What You Can Expect** + Cruise and Travel Privileges for You and Your Family + Health Benefits + 401(k) + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Training & Professional Development + Tuition & Professional Certification Reimbursement + Rewards & Incentives + Base Salary Range: $73,400 to $99,100. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
