Opportunity for a Graduate Architect/Mid-level architect to join an award-winning boutique studio on the Gold Coast. With a passion for bespoke and contemporary designs each uniquely responsive to the individual client brief. This studio offers a full-service approach, and ensures every detail is attended to, from the initial design concept to the handover of keys.

Key Responsibilities:

Work under direction of Design Director, operating autonomously at times Collaborate and contribute design ideas suitable for luxury residential architecture and interiors Strong understanding of materials and design responsive to coastal and tropical locale Produce design and delivery documentation output Coordinate and liaise with council and consultants for approvals and services.Skills and Experience: Minimum 3+ years post-graduation experience with proven ability in a similar role  Extensive design and documentation experience Project management experience advantageous Excellent client management skills Highly proficient with Revit  Extensive knowledge of BCA and NCC Codes Excellent co-ordination and consultant management skills Desire to grow skills and abilities Ability to work effectively & collaboratively Energy and passion for design that has meaning and impact High-level attention to detail and accuracy
