Join this dynamic team working closely on residential, industrial and regional developments. They are seeking an Architect with local multi-residential experience to join the team. This role is instrumental in delivering affordable and senior housing projects. 

Key Responsibilities

Work with the lead architect and follow projects from early design through to final construction documentation, interfacing with clients and consultants Ability to work in project team, work independently Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and documentation Working through all stages, you will have a proven ability to oversee multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, positive and engaging personality

Skills and experience

Master of Architecture Qualifications At least 2 years of local experience in residential design, ideally with on-site project experience Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability Excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience working with clients and consultants Proficiency in Revit  Knowledge of local standards and codes, including understanding of ADG and design practitioner regulations
