Job Title: Hyrbid Revit DesignerJob Description

We are currently searching for a Revit Mechanical Designer with three to five years of experience to work alongside our staff Engineers and other Designers in the design and production of construction drawings for various water, wastewater, and pump station projects. This role focuses on developing piping drawings under the direction of the Sr. Principal Designer and Engineering Staff for various Treatment Plant, Stormwater, Sewer, and Pipeline Designs in the Water and Wastewater industry.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare site plans, plans, sections, and details for water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities.Coordinate with other disciplines including structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, and I&C.Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards and styles.Essential Skills3+ years of mechanical Revit experience or Water/Wastewater mechanical experience.Experience with pipe or structural modeling.Understanding and experience with the concept of putting a set of drawings together.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 software is a plus.Completion of technical school with CAD design certificate or an Associate’s Degree is a plus.Basic understanding of Water and/or Wastewater design projects, including equipment, piping, valves, accessories, and supports.Experience maintaining the quality and consistency of CAD designs, as-builts, symbology, connectivity, and annotation.Ability to budget time and work efficiently to achieve project goals, both independently and as part of project teams.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.Capability of working effectively in team situations while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with other teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 software.Completion of technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate’s Degree.Basic understanding of Water and/or Wastewater design projects.Work Environment

This position will be based in an office environment, working alongside other engineers, drafters, field staff, and administrative personnel. The role supports teams across the country and currently operates in a hybrid remote model, with initial in-office presence required. The company promotes an open-door environment with very few layers of management, allowing for significant involvement in projects, including client meetings and site visits. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
