Revit Designer III
Job Title: Revit Designer III Job Description Perform basic design and construction document assignments. Work with the project team on Corporate Workplace or API (retail) designs while assisting in the overall efforts for the successful completion of the design, documentation, and construction of the project. Responsibilities + Design within Revit, including creating and managing families. + Assist in the creation and revision of construction documents. + Collaborate with the project team to ensure project milestones are met. + Coordinate with other team members and consultants. + Redline drawings and ensure quality control. + Work on Corporate Workplace and Retail Projects, including rollouts. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, including family creation and management. + Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. + Experience with Corporate Workplace projects. + Experience with Retail Projects, including rollouts. + Strong drafting and design skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, though flexibility is offered. + Ability to hit the ground running and manage workload efficiently. + Strong coordination and communication skills. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position. The team operates in a fun and collaborative environment, even while working from home. There are regular meetings at the startof the week to divvy up responsibilities, with some teams meeting every morning or every couple of days. A great training program is in place, and new hires will have a mentor to help them get started. The company also holds monthly evaluations and occasional happy hours. All necessary work equipment will be supplied. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
