About the opportunity

As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Designer/ REVIT Technician to join the team based out of Phoenix House, Stockton on Tees. We have a team of approximately 140 based in the office offering Project Management and multi-engineering delivery capability. We offer a range of solutions, across a variety of clients and business sectors through the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning. The projects we are currently involved in include\: clean energy (green hydrogen and fusion), effluent treatment, steam generation as well as nuclear decommissioning for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities\:

Create accurate and detailed Revit models Collaborate with the design team to ensure the models are aligned with the project requirements Ensure the models meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations Assist with the preparation of detailed drawings and schedules Update and maintain the Revit library of families, templates, and standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Revit models Work closely with the project team to ensure the timely completion of projects *
