The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and generate new business leads primarily through calling, supplemented by market research, email campaigns, chat tools, and social media. This role aims to achieve an annual revenue target of at least USD 200k. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Furthermore, the role requires a driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
What you'll do
Lead Identification and Qualification: Conduct thorough research using web and social sources, implement lead scoring, and utilize tools like LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo to identify and qualify potential prospects. Engage with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Sales Enablement: Generate qualified sales inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team through outbound calls.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales to optimize the sales funnel, improve conversion rates, and enhance the quality of sales inquiries.
Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with Data Scientists on AI/Machine Learning to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; or four years of equivalent, directly related professional experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience working in multinational companies within Shared Services, GBS, or BPO environments.
3+ years of experience in marketing and sales activities.
1+ years of experience generating leads through outbound calls, chats or emails and meeting or exceeding USD 200k - 240k in closed revenue.
Required language proficiency: English - level B2+.
