Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Developer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revitty Signals PKI ELN and IDBS ELN with a strong background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation and migration of Revitty Signals from PKI ELN solutions to support our R&D Preclinical and Clinical projects.Oversee the design coding testing and deployment of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and data security.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software applications and processes.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Revitty Signals and PKI ELN and IDBS ELN technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for software development.Support the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance research and development capabilities ultimately benefiting society.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Revitty Signals PKI ELN and IDBS ELN technologies.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Hold a relevant certification in Revitty Signals PKI ELN or IDBS ELN technologies.
