Reward Lead
Job Description

To contribute to, implement, and manage the organisation’s reward and remuneration strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Ensure that reward practices align with business objectives, comply with relevant legislation, and support the organisation's employee value proposition.

Collaborate closely with leadership, Human Capital (HC) teams, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, competitive, and equitable reward solutions.

Place strong emphasis on strategic planning, analytics, and fostering a high-performance culture through effective reward frameworks.Provide input into reward strategies by conducting market research and aligning reward frameworks to organisational goals; this ensures competitiveness and supports talent retention.Implement the full integration of total rewards policies and practices across the employee lifecycle (including international reward across multiple jurisdictions).Design and review remuneration structures, including fixed and variable pay components, to create equitable, market-aligned compensation frameworks that drive performance.Lead benchmarking exercises, ensuring role alignment with industry standards and organisational objectives.Conduct reward audits and prepare and present proposals to leadership, based on market data, financial analysis, and workforce requirements, ensuring informed decision-making.Manage incentive and bonus programmes by aligning payouts with performance metrics, supporting a results-driven culture and rewarding achievement.Collaborate with HC and Finance teams to integrate reward systems into broader organisational strategies, ensuring seamless alignment and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with tax and labour laws by reviewing reward policies and practices against local and international legislation, mitigating organisational risk.Develop communication plans for reward programmes, ensuring transparency and employee understanding of their compensation and benefits packages.Lead annual salary and bonus review cycles by coordinating with business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with budget constraints.Drive reward data analysis initiatives to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance reward strategies.Collaborate with external stakeholders on salary surveys and benchmarking exercises, ensuring access to reliable market data.Manage reward governance frameworks by implementing policies and practices that ensure ethical, equitable, and consistent reward decisions.Advise leadership on reward trends and best practices, enabling proactive adjustments to attract and retain high-performing talent.Ensure compliance with organisational policies, industry regulations, and legislative frameworks, maintaining ethical and legal standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of teamwork and shared accountability for organisational success.Foster innovation in reward practices by staying informed on emerging trends and continuously improving strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Contribute to a high-performance culture by aligning reward strategies with organisational objectives, inspiring excellence and accountability.Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within reward practices, ensuring fairness and supporting organisational values.
