Reward & Performance Analyst

The purpose of this role is to provide operational and business process support to various Reward and Performance initiatives, focusing on streamlining activities and processes to facilitate the delivery of Reward programs. The role involves analysing data, presenting insights, and assisting in the Annual Performance and Merit Reviews, in alignment with the global Centre of Excellence strategy. The role aims to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Reward function within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Develop awareness of the Reward COE programs and strategy to align work activities accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.Assist in collating statistical and financial data to inform decision-making and action.Support end-to-end annual pay and bonus processes, including data validation and process improvement.Manage benefits administration for core and flexible benefits, resolving issues and ensuring scheme maintenance.Contribute to wider People projects with a Reward remit and participate in global Reward team projects.Provide detailed analysis covering all areas of remuneration and performance to support decision-making.Act as a point of reference to guide and advise others in the team to share knowledge and best practices.Produce appropriate analysis reports as required by the People population and wider business.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

Some relevant work experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

Proven experience as a reward analyst in a large corporate environment.Experience in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.Experience working across geographical boundaries.Experience in providing excellent client service.Experience in a compensation and/or benefits role in a large complex organisation.Experience in a global team.Experience working with data for decision making.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
 

Preferred Qualifications include:

Tertiary Degree in People, Human Resources, Economics or Management related discipline.Relevant People, Human Resources or Business qualifications.
