Driven by the bp values and comprising capabilities in data, procurement, finance and customer service, the GBS center will drive innovative digital solutions and agile ways of working.

Support compliance activities, such as gender/ethnicity pay, fair wage, EU transparency and CEO pay ratio analysis, from a country, regional and global perspectives. Assist in gathering, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data to provide insights and recommendations that support bp's compliance requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Challenges

Compliance Support

Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements, including but not limited to gender/ethnicity pay, fair wage assessments, EU transparency, and CEO pay ratio analysis.

Collaborate with key collaborators to ensure adherence to regional, country-specific, and global compliance standards.

Data Collection and management:

Gather and validate data from multiple sources to support compliance activities.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to compliance requirements.

Provide clear and actionable insights that support decision-making at regional and global levels.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to meet internal and external reporting requirements.

Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

Policy & Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and refinement of compliance-related processes and policies.

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications, Competencies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or analytical background the role

Proven experience of 3+ yrs in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market benchmarking and data analysis.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques

Knowledge of HR data structures and systems, preferably workday.

Diligent with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in English

Ability to manage diverse cultural settings.

As this is a global role, must have flexibility in working across different timezones other than home country]
