About the Role
We are looking for HR Rewards, ConsultantReports to: Associate Director, Service Delivery & Rewards
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Proposes/prepares compensation programs, initiatives and updating HR policies & procedures to meet business needs and to operate the Performance & Rewards activities smoothly. Partners with HR Advisors and HRBP to facilitate the delivery of HR services in rewards, budget, etc. within the policy & process framework.
In addition, the position will also be involved in HR transformation driving HR operational excellence through continuous process improvement, leveraging on technology.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain policies, manage Rewards processes and guidance, handle exceptional cases routed from Tier 1 (People Advisor handling)
Do job evaluation for new positions following Mercer methodology and AIA Global Career Band (GCB) frameworkHandle ad-hoc compensation change (including compensation proposal, salary changes for actuarial certification or learning exams) and mass compensation change (salary, allowance, one-time cash award payments, retention bonus, …)Manage TCR review (including salary budgeting, salary updates, salary increase and bonus distribution, process launch for Recommendation Manager, …) and mid-year reviewInitiate, implement, and evaluate current/ new policies and procedures relating to compensation through doing the market benchmarking, and internal equity analysis, to provide the relevant and competitive reward programs to the employees meeting the business & employees’ needsEnsure compliance with employment legislation and overall company policyBe the owner of the process related to Compensation areas and can solve the troubleshoot about these on HR system through your understanding and working with Group HRISParticipate in or manage regional and local projects that are aligned with broader HR strategy, in order to increase the efficiency and bring the employees the suitable HR solutionOperational Improvement
Ensure effective collaboration with HR Advisors and HRBPs to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvementBe the owner of articles in reward areas to peer review publishing/retiring of articlesExpert services
Generate report/s and analyze specific local data pertaining to compensationUpdate data fields/values (including job catalogue creation, total compensation, in related HR systems, as authorized by Global COE in accordance with defined governanceJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education – Bachelor degreeExperience – At least 4-6 years of experience in HR field, reward design experience preferableKnowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor LawAnalytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptionsDigitalization mindset and understandingInterpersonal skill to interact with employees/managers in general issue resolutionWriting skill to provide response to employees via case management on employee portalEmpathy – Asking the right questionsCritical Thinking - Problem Solving skillsCommunication skills - ‘Workplace Conversations’Interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and effectivenessBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
