P&C Rewards & Programs Manager 

 

We are seeking a P&C Rewards & Programs Manager to join our team in the CHM cluster market. As a key member of our P&C function, you will contribute to P&C strategies across the CHM market by building effective compensation structures and offering a competitive benefits package, while aligning with global corporate rewards strategies. This role encompasses determining salary levels, establishing required labor cost budgets, maintaining and updating policies, and overseeing all personnel transactions and payroll calculations in accordance with company policies/GBS-framework and local legislation as well as acting as first point of contact for Global Mobility, EHS as well as global initiatives and projects.

 

As a P&C Rewards & Programs Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

 

Compensation & Benefits Ensure local execution of global policies and procedures related to Annual Salary Review (ASR) management Participate in salary surveys and analyze labor market data to ensure effective benchmarking Monitor and update company salary structures and make proposals on payline adjustments for China and Hong Kong Analyze Periodic Increment Review (PIR) distribution, HR metrics, and macroeconomic labor indicators to formulate ASR budget proposals. Create ASR distribution matrices and budget structures on the My Rewards platform Manage local incentive plans as per respective policies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards Oversee Short and Long-term Incentive Plans calculation and payout processes Payroll Process & HRIS Systems Management Confirm consolidated monthly payrolls for all countries and ensure timely completion of related tasks (tax filings, cost allocations, etc.) Guarantee data quality in SAP HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy in submissions to Global Business Services and external providers Uphold consistency and compliance with global policies across all regions, ensuring all data meets JSox and audit standards HC Planning and Labor Cost Budgeting Lead the labor cost budgeting process during the LE/AP/SP preparation cycle from P&C side, encompassing all labor-related reporting and requests Collaborate with relevant departments to align budget forecasts with strategic business objectives Global Mobility & EHS Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate global mobility and EHS teams, ensuring seamless execution of all corporate programs and requests Supervise related reporting processes and communicate critical information to stakeholders as needed Global Initiatives & Projects Gain proactively information about global initiatives such as DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Employee Engagement Surveys (EES), INSPIRE, New Ways of Working (NWOW), and Employee Central, aso. Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders, sharing relevant information and managing various tasks and projects as required Ensure all policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health & safety are reflective of current business needs, proposing updates where necessary People Management Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of your team

 

 

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration/HR or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Payroll role in corporate, multinational environment (FMCG industry is a plus) Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin High level of loyalty, confidentiality & integrity Role modelling Our Way attitude Good analytical and planning skills and highly accurate working style Ability to act decisively in crisis situations, stress-resistant Proactive team player with good communication and presentation skills
