Welcome to Global Rewards You’ll be part of the newly formed Global Rewards team at Novonesis, following the merger of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes. Our team is essential in defining and implementing reward strategies across a complex, multinational organization. Comprising around 18 dedicated professionals, we work collaboratively across global and regional roles, supporting more than 10,000 employees worldwide. As the Rewards Partner for MEIA, a fast growing regional with currently aprox 1,000 employees based in 10 countries, you will be a key member of the Regional P&O management team, ensuring that our rewards strategies are effectively tailored and implemented to meet both local and global objectives. In this position, you’ll make an impact by… …providing expert advice and guidance to regional leaders, ensuring our reward structures remain competitive and aligned with global standards while adapting to local market conditions. You will translate global pay principles into actionable rewards strategies for MEIA, collaborating closely with the Global Rewards community to design and launch new initiatives in performance management, title structures, incentive plans, and global benefits. Key responsibilities include: + Adapting global pay principles to fit regional needs. + Acting as a key rewards advisor to regional leadership, ensuring alignment with global frameworks. + Leading or contributing to global projects to develop and optimize rewards principles and processes. + Proactively managing the competitiveness of regional rewards structures. + Supporting local P&O teams in harmonizing pay, benefits, and rewards processes. Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with peers across the Global Rewards community, playing an instrumental role in shaping our global rewards strategy. You will also actively participate in regional and global leadership discussions, ensuring our rewards initiatives are effective and seamlessly integrated across all levels of the organization. To succeed in this role, you will need: + 5+ years of experience as a Rewards Partner, with experience broadly within the MEIA region. Experience with especially India and Türkiye markets are important. + A deep understanding of global rewards principles and how they apply regionally. + Experience managing rewards across all employee groups and working with senior leadership. + The ability to navigate complex rewards structures across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for an experienced Rewards professional with a strong background in managing intricate reward structures within multinational settings. You should have a proven track record of working of the ability to translate global strategies into practical, region-specific solutions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels are critical to success in this role. The position can be based within the region in Bangalore or Istanbul.
