Rewards Services Specialist
**Position Snapshot** + Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan, PH + Company: Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. + Full-time + Bachelor’s Degree + 3+ years of experience **A day in the life of...** + Annual Compensation Cycle Execution + Support the execution of the annual compensation processes of the markets (Annual Salary Review, Reference Salary Review, Short-Term Bonus Calculation & Payout) in the system and ensure that global standards and agreed timelines are followed: + Forms and Employee Management in Compensation Forms + Mass Upload/Maintenance in Compensation Forms (i.e bonus adjustments, fixed increases, business results) + Data Validation across systems + Forms Routing to the correct actors + Generation & Release of Compensation Statements & upload to EDF + Payroll Activation Reconciliation + Compensation Campaign Monitoring and Coordination + Organize and facilitate operational meetings for the Annual Compensation Cycle to discuss updates on the campaign activities across different partners such as NiM CoC, RBS and Regional CoC + Maintain the relevant progress in the compensation project tracker, follow-up on the status of deliverables and monitor/follow-up on the resolution of the issues + Coordinate payroll activation activities with the PY Admin counterparts located in respective Regional NBS Centers or NiM + Data Quality Checks and Visibility + Perform regular periodic data quality checks for compensation processes (i.e. bonus, salary review) through reports, analytics and dashboard + Discuss issues, trends, root causes and potential resolution/actions to CoCs to proactively drive improvement in the data quality for the campaign + Employee Data Maintenance and Mass Upload + Maintain employee records for rewards-relevant fields in Employee Central and SAP (i.e. bonus/salary review fields, performance rating/IBCF, etc.) as per market requests + Perform rules-based data corrections to address data quality check findings, as agreed with the market and based on market-confirmed references + Prepare technical upload file for mass changes on the rewards fields that would require data load support by Global IT HR in EC and perform validation of uploaded data + Prepare technical file & execute mass upload in SAP for specific rewards information (i.e. IBCF, STB Calculation Base, etc.) + Short-Term Bonus Configuration and Assignment + Validate the Short-Term Bonus Assignment mapping files of the markets (annual & ad-hoc) and provide feedback on issues found on global data standards and corporate bonus framework + Prepare bonus technical files for upload in Success Factors or configuration in EC (c/o Global IT HR) and execute post-validation to ensure that bonus are correctly configured as per market specific business requirements + Generate, refresh and validate employees' Bonus Assignment Statements in Success Factors + Reports and Other Rewards Statements + Prepare and submit accurate rewards-related reports according to global and/or market-specific parameters and agreed timelines (i.e. Benchmarking Data Reports, Gender/Equal Pay Reports) + Work with the CoCs and Hub Specialists for any changes on the report requirements + Support the database preparation, generation and publication of Total Rewards Statement **What will make you successful...** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field course + Analytical, organized and keen to details + System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues + Have used SAP HR Payroll and/or Success Factors or other HR systems + Experience in data validation, analysis and computations + With strong customer service orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service + Able to handle pressure and deadlines + With average written & verbal communication skills in English + Able to handle highly sensitive Compensation information in a confidential and professional manner + Able to create process documentations + Advanced use of MS Excel + Agiity to learn new systems and tools + Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently + Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business
