Rework Technician
**Job Title: Rework Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Rework Technician to utilize x-ray machines to examine Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs), perform BGA, LGA, QFN, BTC rework, and handle soldering tasks. The ideal candidate will locate and collect parts and materials for current job assignments, actively maintain rework/repair tasks, and ensure a clean work area while following all safety and ESD practices. **Responsibilities** + Utilize x-ray machines to examine Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs) + Perform BGA, LGA, QFN, BTC rework + Handle hand soldering and touch-up tasks + Locate and collect parts and materials for current job assignments + Actively maintain rework/repair tasks + Maintain a clean work area + Follow all safety and ESD practices **Essential Skills** + Soldering + IPC 610 Certification + Rework + Blueprint reading + BGA rework + Hand soldering **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Mini Stencil Printing + ESD and ISO Awareness + Chemical safety awareness/MSD **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills will be valued. The role involves working with advanced technologies and equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
