REWS Budget Planning and Forecasting Program Manager
**Duration: 5 months contract (Hybrid)** **Job Description:** + The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring clients’ culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make the client a great place to work — from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where the client and our employees can thrive. **Responsibilities:** + Organizing and facilitating critical business processes for the REWS Technology & Governance organization + **Operational Process Optimization:** Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness within the Technology and Governance team. + **Data-Driven Insights:** Lead data analysis initiatives to uncover trends, generate insights, and identify opportunities for improvement, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making. + **Strategic Initiative Execution:** Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the team's mission and objectives, ensuring progress towards key goals. + **Project and Initiative Tracking:** Monitor and track the progress of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with stakeholders across REWS to understand business challenges, develop solutions, and foster cross-functional collaboration. + **Strategic Communications:** Prepare and manage internal and external communications related to Technology and Governance initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment. + **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Liaise with program managers across REWS to promote collaboration, share insights, and drive alignment on key initiatives. + **Operational Support:** Provide comprehensive support for team-wide planning and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** + Facilitating critical business operations processes including planning & execution of Monthly All Hands meetings, KPI tracking across the organization’s top objectives, planning and executing strategic communications in partnership with executive leaders. + Oversight & management of the REWS Tech & Governance organization’s operating expenses budget to track & propose actions on trends, identify opportunities for cost savings & redployment of funds. + Program Managing key strategic initiatives by ensuring inclusion of and alignment with key stakeholders, proposing timelines, tracking action items, and driving delivery in line with objectives. One such initiative is collaborating across our organization and Client’s Corporate Engineering department on creating a process & plan for executing annual budget planning to ensure our operative budget for 2026 is finalized & approved by executive leaders in our organization by Q4 2025. + Serving as a liaison for the REWS Technology & Governance organization across the wider Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) organization to promote collaboration, share insights & drive alignment across key initiatives. **Experience (Mandatory):** + 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management. + Previous experience managing & tracking budgets. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Strong process design and continuous improvement capabilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to executive leaders. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. **Experience (Desired):** + Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis. + Experience in the technology sector. + Familiarity with governance frameworks and best practices. + Project management certification (e.g., PMP). + Experience with change management and process improvement. + Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
