Job title: RF Design Engineer Location: Columbus, OH Expected duration: 1 year with possible extension Must have Skills in a Resume: + ATOLL + FUZE + Roofmaster/IXUS  + Macro / Smalls Designs  Job Description:  + Perform complete RF Design for 1st tier RF carrier  + Search area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / Smalls Designs and RF design support for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place  + Hands on experience with ATOLL .  + Perform Macro/Small Cell Design design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network design  + Create CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc.  + Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance + Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability  Powered by JazzHR
