**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
Boost Mobile is seeking a technical professional with senior-level engineering experience that will lead a team that works complex tasks involved in design to on-air including: RF Market designs, design software model tuning, ACP runs, site selections, cluster optimization, and post launch network KPIs. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, optimizing, and expanding the cutting-edge wireless networks that keep communities connected, Boost Mobile thriving, and innovation moving forward. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage a team of RF engineers, setting goals and deliverables.
+ Design network performance to meet KPIs and solve complex technical challenges.
+ Oversee a market with a large site count, leading regional and national projects.
+ Conduct monthly 1-on-1 meetings and develop a highly skilled technical workforce.
+ Collaborate with local teams to optimize the Boost Mobile network.
+ Work with RF Management on design criteria, link budgets, and ongoing network performance improvements.
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelors in technical/engineering discipline with 5+ years of RF engineering experience
+ 2+ years of managing employees as well as staff augmentation through contractors/consultants
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Broad understanding of all technical roles managed and RF-specific competencies (Planet, X-Cal, Tems, Nemo, Atoll, Windcatcher, RFDS, RF Antenna Theory)
+ Proficiency in 3G/4G/5G LTE, NR theory, practical experience, and understanding of 3GPP and ORAN standards
+ Experience with drive test equipment, processes, and result interpretation, and core network functions (DU, CU, RU, EMS, PaaS, IP Networks)
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, understand downstream impacts, and proactively manage risks and issues.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for various audiences and presenting in large meetings
+ Effective collaboration with senior management, work groups, vendors, and ability to build relationships across markets and national teams

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
